This page explains what happens to information you send through the Free Company Stores website. It was last updated on 19 October 2026.
Who we are
Free Company Stores is operated by Absolute Promotional, LLC. Questions about this page, a copy of a message you sent, or a request to delete one can be emailed to stores@freecompanystores.com.
What the forms collect
The store request form asks for your first name, last name, organization, email address, the kind of store you want, and who will buy from it. You can also add a phone number, a timeline, who should be able to use the store, products you have in mind, and any other notes.
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and a message. You can choose a subject. If you leave the subject blank, we treat it as a general question.
We use this information to reply and to follow through on the store or question you sent. This website does not ask for a payment card number. Purchases happen on a separate storefront, and that storefront is not operated by this marketing site.
The store request form can also take optional artwork, such as a logo or print file. You do not need artwork to send the request, and you can provide it later by email. Accepted types are PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP, PDF, AI, and EPS. SVG and ZIP files are not accepted on the form. You can send up to 5 files, 10 MB each, and 25 MB altogether.
How a message is sent
A form is delivered by email through Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph to stores@freecompanystores.com. The page shows a confirmation only after Microsoft accepts that email. If the email cannot be sent, you see an error and can write to us directly.
Microsoft receives the contents of the message because it delivers the email. Cloudflare hosts the site, protects the forms from repeated submissions, and measures basic visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not receive what you type into the forms.
This website does not automatically forward your inquiry to a printer, decorator, or other fulfillment company. If a store is later set up for you, product fulfillment happens on that store's own storefront.
Artwork you choose to upload is stored in a private Microsoft SharePoint folder used by Absolute Promotional, LLC for store requests. It is not posted on this website. The notification email names the files and that private folder for the team. It does not include a public link, and it does not attach the artwork when SharePoint has stored it. Microsoft receives the files because SharePoint stores them. Cloudflare receives them briefly because it hosts the form. Checking the file type does not make a file safe to open. The team reviews artwork before using it.
How long messages are kept
We keep the emails you send, and any artwork you include, while we reply and set up or support your store. Email is kept in the Microsoft 365 mailbox stores@freecompanystores.com. Artwork is kept in that private SharePoint folder. To ask for a copy, or to ask us to delete a message or a file, email stores@freecompanystores.com. People at Absolute Promotional who already have access to that SharePoint library can open the artwork. It is not available to the public.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics stays off unless you choose Accept. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and a client identifier to count visits to this site. Advertising personalization is turned off, and simply clicking Submit is not counted as a lead. After a form is successfully sent, and only if you have accepted analytics, the site can record one lead event. That event says only whether the form was a store request or a contact message. It does not include your name, email address, phone number, organization, or the names of any files.
You can reject analytics, and you can change that choice later with Analytics choices in the footer. The choice is saved in this browser. It is not included with your form. Rejecting analytics leaves Cloudflare Web Analytics on.
